pts for computer. i had loads of fun doing the practical test. thank heavens the written one didn't push through. that reminds me... we still haven't taken the last test on chpater 2 and 3. anyhoozles, it's summer and nobody care anymore. meh "studied" with some of the fingals in the publications office. i predicted to milezy during recess that we'd eventually end up doing no studying and a lot of talking about suicide or jumping out the really low window in said office... came true! seriously. i am turning into a trelawney. XD

chem was okay, easier than last grading's test. i sort of forgot what to do with the density though... solved for the mass whatsit, but i had no idea what to do with it afterwards. ah, well. i finished it, so there.

piece of cake. the facts t. suzette makes us memorize have a knack for sticking to my brain for some reason. sadly, i cannot say the same for chemistry and such. i spelled cuttelage whatsit wrong though. well, doi. i only discovered that i had stolen verai's notes in the morning and when your'e trying to study abortion while eating breakfast, nothing really sticks to your head on account of the constant near-puke related situations... that was a long sentence.

i swear i am not an erehe. i would not have survived that test if i was! i felt like self-help whatsit when i reread my answers for the last part, but this test was definitely easier than last grading's. needless to say, i didn't crack my skull trying to figure out what other good deeds i could "do" to nurture the culture of goodness.

when t. wendy told us that we only had to study 10 out of the *counts with fingers* bazillion chapters i was ecstatic- as in wheeeeeeeeeeee! flip was okay especially since i memorized the silly names of the maikling kwento authors. *sniggers* batungbakal... not that names have any effect on their genius.

i forgot which baking ingredients needed to be packed or not, so i finished early and started adding shade to the penciled measuring cups. oh, and i also discovered that i'm an oatmeal cookie! *bites self* yum and ow.

watching seminarians dancing and singing their way into priesthood is fun. saw two rockstar guys. the shorter one dances better. saw a jamie whatsit who is actually donna's cousin. ho- hum.

i was in meh cousins' house for three days! tis fun there even if i'm all alone when they head off for college life. they have dsl, a WORKING dvd player, and lots of korean movies to choose from. just yesterday, i finished my k-film marathon with "My Tutor Friend". hahai. darn korean movies... fooling you that somewhere there's a guy willing to beat up a mob for you. *sighs*

also watched "Crash" which was superb! poor anthony!!! he was only going to get his statuette of st. christopher when tommy aka "i'm so not racist, but i just shot a black guy" put some lead into his chest...*sobs*

finished "Pride and Prejudice" and i hate the ending. twas so bitin!!!

*points up* that's the song that ended the much saputed about class play production. first of, all i'd like to say I AM BEYOND SORRY to le Pahte and the Miggster for forgetting to mention them during the acknowledgement. >.<

yes!!! humana jud ang torcher. *hits Verai with a mic* in the morning i couldn't eat breakfast because i was so nervous about the play, but i was all smiles when i got into the classroom- save for a grimace that just had to show itself on account that i had just hauled a three large bags full of costumes and props suspended on two very heavy poles covered with 9 meters of equally heavy cloth. ah well... *ahem* my nerves attacked me again after lunch because everything was beyond disorganized. during the rehearsal, the actors kept on forgetting their lines, the "transition cloth" people looked lame as they dashed about the stage, and so on. maybe it was just my nerves that kept stabbing me with the words "we are SO not ready", but when the viola and sebastian (we were staging "Twelfth Night") started their i'm rich and shipwrecked scene, all the bad vibahs left moi- most of them anyway. yay for the loss of bad vibahs! wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! *cough* where was i? ah, yes. kudos to the actors for their er... acting. though the mics were a bit annoying, they did pretty well with the muggle sonorus spell. kudos to the stage crew for er... crewing the stage... no, for being all blackish and quick-footed. ^__^ kudos to the light, sound, etc operator. kudos to the plants. kudos to the make-up artists, the designers, and everyone else! kudos to the photographers (before I forget again), scriptwriters, etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. KUDOS TO DIREK ORBITAL AND HER SMALL-EYEIOSITY.




KUDOS TO THE ASSISTANT DIRECTORS!!! *bows, slips, and laughs*





Oooooooooooer. it's over. no more 7-4 practices in mi casa (the 3rd time, i tell you, is not always the charm). no more gold paint to cover my hands with (farewell, Midas' Touch. no more people wrecking my room, although my bean bag will never sew itself up :-(. no more chances to shout the word "DOOR". no more "HOUSE RULES" tacked all over mi casa. no more play prod!!!

URGH. got sick last thursday, the day before the darn PEACE DAY. i was boiling and a bit weak that morning. hells bells. i considered foregoing the whole fandango in the name of good health, but mam was a chaperone and had to go(i think...).

so...i arrived in school bundled up in a humongous red jacket, carrying a bag with nothing but my meds, lots of water, and thick book that i almost never took out. yes, i was living the dangerous life that day... cue eyeroll.

the bus was a Natalie, all big and air-conditioned. it had a cool door that went all gshhhhhh-gshhhhhhhhh like the Darth Bus that it was. tres cool. there was also banner in the front with the words "St. Theresa's College High School Department DAY TOUR". hmph. they forgot to put in models of the month four-time winner etc. with a big fat III-B. oh, well.

the first stop was at the house of Car Car's bigman aka MatMat the Chicharon-making Mayor. fresh off the pan deep-fried fat is delish, i tell you. simply sinful. the taho there was good as well, not full of lasawiosity like the ones sold near the school. MatMat is actually, *name withheld due to possible kidnapping-related reasons*'s uncle...

the next stop was at St. Catherine's Church, which was beautiful. Unfortunately, Lolo Bataclan wasn't there to give us free food. *sigh* the tiles in their office are exactly like the ones in St. Peter and Paul's in Bantayan. whoa. that's already two cousins if you include a church in Bohol that we visited last summer. okay, so i started getting hot again (did i ever stop? lmao) after some picture-taking. i had to stay in the bus whilst everyone checked the municipal hall. didn't even go out when the others were posing for a class pic in front of some white monument. tooooooooo weak. *cough*lazy*cough*

we had lunch in Bahay na Tisa, which is called so because it has mucho tiles, NOT because it's made of tisa wood as i had originally guessed. it's pretty is all. i didn't get the spooky vibe which, was strange, but vair much great. if i did, peeing alone would have been quite a challenge.

after lunch, i got sicker, so i had to stay in the bus- again. everyone else was off to the Car Car's water-thing save for the driver/owner of Natalie, my dear mam, the travel agent, and Bri's mam. the last three talked about marriages and common friends and all the other stuff moms talk about. i pretended to sleep while listening to their chat, but i, eventually, dozed off any road. i woke up when my classmates arrived- about an hour later, i suppose. most of them patted my head when they passed by, like i was some kind of Sto. Niño. pity was my friend that day.

i think... the next stop was the shoe market. didn't buy anything except for some Doublemint, which you don't exactly put on you feet. everyone gathered for one last class pic, before climbing back in Darth Bus and heading off to the Theotokos Shrine.

there was supposed to be a DANCING SUN, but maybe that was just the one-time miracle that made the STEEP hill a pilgrimage site. did i mention that it was perched atop a steeeeeeeeeeep hill? they should've carried me since i was sick and all. sadists.

there was another stop, but i slept through that... a sick Sam likes to live dangerously.

after a few hours of bad karaoke skills (courtesy of my lovely classmates), more meds, and chika, we arrived at STC. and i...

THREW UP

when i got down. oh joy and flowers.

the following night, i woke up every hour to puke. yes, my body has some kind of sick clock. my throat started burning during the last four since i has pretty much given back my breakfast, dinner, and lunch before that. urgh. urgh. urgh. will stop now...

i'm feeling better now. i just have the canine-cough(aka coughing that sounds like a very sick dog's bark) and the sniffles. the skin under my nose is all red though. i finished a whole roll of tissue paper in one afternoon. sahd.

Sinulog '06 is over! it's such a shame that i didn't even watch it on the telly.

we had a party at my house. work galore for lil old me, but it was worth it. ate some dugo-dugo and scrumptious mango float. it was fun before the spawn of satan aka my little cousins annihilated my bean bag. poor beany was bleeding little styrofoam balls. huhuhu... Owi scratched my face and i am now disfigured. sadly, i don't have a male-version of Fluer Delacour to love me with all my disfiguriosity- except my dad, but he doesn't count. eeeeeeew.

skiddadled to Ayala for some aimless walking with Bilay, Tamae, Kit, Don, and Gutz. i broke a NECKLACE and had to pay for it. i still have my dignity intact, mind you, but my poor money... poor, poor money. i had a fudge brownie ice monster to comfort my poor soul.it was delish as always and i have added it to my fave food list. i shared it with Gutz, at first, but she kept on getting brain freezes. yay! more for me! ^^ the others got Zagu, which is probably there fave drink since they patiently waited in line for an HOUR. truly amazing. must remember not to wear a Zagu costume when they are in the room.

i can HEAR the fireworks from Ayala right now. i've seen their displays so many time, i don't bother going out anymore- THAT and there is a huge tree covering them.

WHOA!!! some big bang just er... banged. seriously, i got goosebumps when i heard it. i wonder how it looked like...

the display was simply breathtaking and i have now forgiven Ayala for being CHEAP on fireworks during New Year. honestly, those technicolor lights could've rivaled the ones in LOTR. ^^ forgot to take pictures though. sahd...

this is so sad... for the second time in a row, my Math and Filipino grades went down. it's soooooooooooooooooooooooooo depressing. my parents aren't worried AT ALL, but i've been driven to tears. i'm pathetic. my mom has been telling me that it's okay becuase i tried my best, but those words only make it WORSE. those words tell me that my best wasn't good enough. so sad... at least... at least, T. Jean thinks i'm an angel even if i can't get geom right no matter how hard i try, so i got an A for personality and leadership. yay-ish. my Filipino is still above 87 though, but it'll probably go down this grading. my Chem is still 85, but my GEOMETRY is a sad 86. that would be a great grade for me if it wasn't an 87 last grading or an 88 before that. hahay. my brain is missing. i must make kimi find it!!! ^^

not the most exciting of christmases, but still nice! 'course we went to mass in the morning. tried my best to listen, but thoughts of isp-and-term-paper-fandangos kept on bothering me. at least i tried. when we got home, had some bacon and eggs on toast. muy yum <---- hey, that's kinda cool! newhack, headed to lola asing's for brunch. didn't eat much though save for some eggs, chorizo, fruitcake, banana pandan and queso de bola. doodled some really creepy things on my sketchbook, the one i share with my mom. they were very much inspired by nocturnal-devil's work. he's not satanic or anything. trust me. just real creepy. ok... headed back home fer couple of hours. didn't eat lunch since i had brunch which is like lunch except with br...

stayed at home for the rest of the day, messing around on the computer. neopets! got a plushie petpet paint brush. probably won't use just like the snow one i got last year. also got 900 neopoints and couple of other stuff. went to mommy dels house to greet tito ed and his wife who just arrived from kangarooland. yeah, the one who told me that prince william and harry are handsome in person. well doi... nehooze, he told me that he had a christmas gift for me, something he really bought for just me. even had my name on it. sahdo story though- it got lost in the airport. damn conveyor belt. headed to bebangs afterwards and had somne dindin. ate viv forgot to make me pasta putanesca again. oh well. just mixed some olives into my spaghetti to fool my stomach. worked actually. mommy dels brought her laptop and lcd so we could view slideshows of recent holiday pics on the big blank wall in the aliños living room. the oldies made us set everything up. we did manage to do it- almost. we had no idea how the the robert pattinson clip we were testing it with wouldn't show up on the wall. turns out you have to press the f8 key. so much for kids being techsmart. 'kay, since we had to ask for help we didn't get to see any robert goodness on widescreen. hahay. when they had the pics up it was so embarassing. earlier that day, bebs and i had taken glamour photos of ourselves which is okay since everybody does it... but to have close-ups of your himalaya face blown up on widescreen?!?!?!?!?!?!? my gulay. we stopped it before the oldies could see more. told them that the slideshow had already ended. ha. headed home by midnight and went straight to sleep after a quick shower.

mygulay. i am an ADDICT to that site. i go there everyday and when i haf nothing to do, i look for something. why do i even bother? i haf no trophies, no paintbrushes, no rare items, no decent neohome, and i NEVER get picked for the caption contest. that site hates me on my good days. (i can honestly say that my captions are funnier than some of the ones that get picked, but again that's just me, the perpetual newbie)

i'm such an addict that instead of daydreaming about robert pattinson<3, i daydream about being filthy rich- in NEOPIA. SAHDO. i must stop, but how when there are still a few days of advent calendar goodness left??? think of all the neopoints and free items i would miss if started rehab this instant! think of all the levels and what have you i'd miss the chance of earning if i didn't visit coltzan's shrine for the next few days. think of the chances to get bits of the lab map during random events! think of the slorg who gives free neopoints in the shop of offers! think of the chances to win the jackpot with the daily scratchcard! think about neopoints i would never get to win in the only games i can play, the EASIEST ONES! think of the half of my life i'd miss if i didn't play everyday...

it wasn't that hard, but the pentagon thing was a bit confusing. i loved the proving part, though.

filipino:

not that difficult. mostly, we had to identify who said this and who was being talked about- none of the crazy box with the descriptions thing like last time. i hated that part. i think i did bad, but i didn't study bitaw. i'm not keeping my hopes up. :-)

music:

music was vair easy. it's too bad i had several nfis. sahd. sahd. sahdoooooh. two bands??? i only talked about the beatles! argherama. i also didn't decoarte the last part. didn't notice the 'creatively'. ouch.

english:

easy peasy. loved the lunes part. it was mucho funo!

stat:

stat was okay. i got a bit confused with the last part and my neck really, really hurt from all the bending over. i finished it, though. yay for me!

as always i left a lot of things unanswered. i'm not very good with numbers and formulas. i forgot how to do the conversion of moles to grams blah. it was a sahhhhhhhd moment, but i never really care for chem...

87. beyond annoying. if my grade goes down i'll lose all hope. i doubt that i'll be able to raise it THREE points higher. *sob* goodbyeeeeeeeee dreams.

ss was fun! i loooooved taking it. i didn't even study that hard. mga 1 1/2 hours lang. i hope it's like that next grading.

clf:

balyus! sus! it was easy and i like it better than the last clf test even when it had more questions on the facts and meanings than on how you can be a good christian and save the world. i liked the last part. drama ayu ako answer.

the:

i loooooooooveed taking this test. it was sooo easy! it's just too bad na nanfi na sad ko. i should pay more attention instructions lagi. *sigh*

taray had invited me to her b-day celebration. we had trouble finding a ride, so we took a taxi to ayala where we looked AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLL OOOOOOOOOOOOVVVVVVVVVVEEEEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRRRR for charisma and ice. it was already two or something by the time we found each other (picture five high school girls running and squealing, "we've been looking all over for you!" or in tara's case, "i am SO going to throttle you!") and we hadn't even eaten yet. it was a good thing we headed for yellow cab right away. we met the others there.

-mmmm... i can still see the steam coming from the "pizza for tara!". delish.

-we were a bit loud, but HELLO we're teenagers it was after exams. letting loose or whatever.

we cancelled the movie fandango because we lacked time. niña, mm, and i went to natio to get x-mas decoartions. the others told us to meet them at timezone. when we got there, we didn't see any of them, so we went to the timezone on the top floor. they weren't there either, so wen went down AGAIN. after a bit of running, jumping, and hyperventilating, we found them at the orig timezone.it was sahdo time of sahdoness.

ei. just got back from school! i watched the christmas concert for the THIRD time tonight. lahahahahaha. i swear, it gets better every time. although i won't take back everything i said about the costumes, the concert is great if you watch it at night. the neon isn't so neon and the fab lighting is mucho klaro, making the numbers even cooler. mygulay, i like it so much i MIGHT take back what i said about the costumes because i don't remember getting blinded by the neon green baro't sayas or the high heels when i'm staring at rhina float across the stage or listening to mary sing.

hm... mom's texting me, telling me to hit the sack. i've have so much to bloooooooooooooooooog, but orders are orders! Wiedersehen!

hahayoo. exams are next week and i still don't understand half of the lessons in geom and chem! my brain has rotted from all the free days the school gave us. argh! free days... that reminds me. our section didn't reach the Php 10,000 mark for the ticket sales, so we won't get an extra day of christmas break... it's so sahd, but at least we already have a free day for being modles 3x. at least...

tomorrow i'll be watching the peace concert for the 2nd time. i liked it, but to be honest...it wasn't as grand as i expected. i hope they practiced a LOT more after that wednesday fandango with one of the emcees and the dead air thing. sahdo. it's too bad they can't make me like the costumes with more practice.

goodahlordah. the costumes are,to put it lightly... ugly. *dodges flying sunflowers and black high heels* come on... neon green baro't sayas??? red leotards with black highs??? sunflowers??? total eyesore.

the singing was great. i can tell you that and the thing they did with the stage was cool (let's just say i found out where all our classroom platforms went). the star thing was pretty as well, very sosyal(ish). of course, we can't forget that it's a concert for a CAUSE. you HAVE to like it or you'll have to think about hating something that made someone else VERY happy.
